Original UK United Artists label stereo 1st press LP.
The fifth Groundhogs LP with sleeve artwork which takes the form of a comic book featuring the Groundhogs depicted as superheroes, drawn by comic book artist Neal Adams. With the original fold-out comic book sleeve & A-1U B-1U matrices and Liberty-United Artists label credits of the earliest 1st pressings!

The Garrod & Lofthouse matt foldout gatefold sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some light edge wear and storage rubbing on the outer cover. The spine is intact and fully readable, the plain company inner is intact & is in EX condition.   The record is in visually EX+ condition, with only one or two very faint sleeve removal hairlines visible under bright light on each side. The labels are in EX+ condition, clean & bright with evidence of a couple of faint spindle markings.   The sound reproduction is EX+, still clear & precise throughout with no loud pops, hiss or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, with just some brief, low background noise during the run in grooves, overall a really great, loud and punchy listen!!   The matrix nos. are; UAG-29237, A-1U stamper 1-M, B-1U stamper 1-R. This is one of the very early copies of the 1st pressing of the original 1972 UK stereo issue of this album!
    All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund of original price & postage on return of the record (no partial refunds), no quibbles, no problems!!    All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide. All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!!   UK Signed For Postage is £4.50 for the first LP & is the same for up to four single LP's or two double LP's or more up to 2 KG!,

Will post to Europe (including all EU countries & Russia, Finland, Sweden, etc.) and Rest of the World (USA, Japan, Australia, Korea etc.), but airmail is limited to 5 or 6 lp's due to weight restrictions.

Europe, 1 LP £7.00, extra single lp's £3.00.
Rest of the World, 1 LP £10.00, extra single LP's £4.00.

Purchases over £20 will be sent by International Recorded Airmail at an extra cost of £5.00.
