Description
Original UK United Artists/Liberty label stereo 1st press LP.
The fifth Groundhogs LP released in March 1972, with sleeve artwork which takes the form of a comic book featuring the Groundhogs depicted as superheroes, drawn by comic book artist Neal Adams. The follow up to the Split album of the previous year, the band started touring the US soon after its release, which was halted by Tony Mcphee's accident.
With the original fold-out comic book sleeve & A-1U B-1U matrices and Liberty-United Artists label credits of the 1st pressings!
All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund of original price & postage on return of the record (no partial refunds), no quibbles, no problems! All grades are those used in the Record Collector Guide.
All lp's are sent in cardboard record mailers with plastic covers and cardboard stiffeners to protect the LP's!! UK Signed For Postage is £4.50 for the first LP & is the same for up to four single LP's or two double LP's or more up to 2kg.
Royal Mail post to Europe (All EU countries & non EU countries, including Russia, Finland, Norway, Sweden, etc.), the Rest of the World (Zone 1, including Canada, Japan, Brazil, Korea, China, South Africa, etc.) and the Rest of the World Zones 2 & 3 (the USA, Australia & New Zealand etc).
All Airmail is limited to 5 or 6 lp's due to 2kg weight restrictions.
Europe, 1 LP £12.00, extra single lp's £1.00.
Rest of the World Zone 1, 1 LP £16.00, extra single LP's £2.50.
RoW Zones 2 & 3, USA, Australia, 1 LP £19.00, extra single LP's £3.00.
