Description
Sleeve is in good shape w/ some light surface/shelf wear, very minor bottom left corner wear, and a small 1/2" split on top edge at the opening. No other splitting. Spine looks amazing, text is bold. Vinyl shows moderate wear on both sides w/ several light scratches that can be felt w/ a fingernail. There is subtle noise throughout w/ some "clicks & pops", but record plays through on both sides WITHOUT skipping. Center labels look good for the most part, but there is some minor ink smudging on side 1 due to cleaning off a previous owner's address label. Both sides have the deep groove, as well as the "RVG" stamp in the dead wax runoff area. W. 63rd address on labels; W. 61st address on the back cover. By Goldmine's definition, the record itself would probably fall somewhere between "VG" and "G". The sleeve is easily "VG+". Original Blue Note inner paper sleeve is included, but is heavily worn and split all the way down one side. I've moved the record into a high quality anti-static "Discwasher" inner sleeve. Will also comes w/ a plastic outer sleeve. Record will be mailed outside of the sleeve to prevent further stress to the sleeve. Thanks for reading, and good luck bidding!
