Description
Up for auction is an original deep groove mono pressing of the Hank Mobley 'Soul Station' LP on Blue Note Records BLP-4031. The other musicians include Art Blakey, Wynton Kelly, and Paul Chambers.
Record info:
Good with heavy scuffing but plays better than it looks with no skips. While not the greatest copy it's still a hard to find original.
Cover info:
VG with mostly solid seams. It has 1/2" split on top at jacket opening and a tiny one on bottom at opening. It does have moderate creasing and wear on the other two corners. The front cover has some laminate peeling at jacket opening and a large area on top left corner of residue from a removed sticker. The back cover has an area of tape on top right corner.
Pressing info:
Original 47 West 63rd St label, deep groove mono press with RVG initials and Ear logo on both sides.
Buy with confidence. I grade conservatively. I’ve been selling vinyl since 1976. All records are cleaned with a VPI professional record cleaner and are shipped with records outside the covers to avoid seam damage.
Shipping for US customers is $4 for media mail or $12 for Priority mail. For high value items I would recommend adding insurance.
