HANK MOBLEY "WORKOUT" LP - On BLUE NOTE Records, #84080. This is the rare 1963 stereo heavy vinyl pressing in outstanding condition!! Classic Blue & White labels and the NEW YORK USA address. 'EAR' & RVG stamp in the trail-off on both sides. Matrix number is hand-etched on both sides. Thick vinyl, thick laminated cardboard mono cover with special gold stereo Blue Note sticker on front. The personnel: Hank Mobley/tenor sax; Grant Green/guitar; Wynton Kelly/piano; Paul Chambers/bass; Philly Joe Jones/drums. The vinyl is in phenomenal M- condition (beautiful gloss & luster)...stunning!! The cardboard cover is in superb shape: bright and clean, tight seams, displays wonderfully. NO cut-out marks, NO bends or creases, NO seam splits, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking. Address on back cover is 43 West 61st St., New York 23. A superb copy of this collectible vintage issue.
