This is a beautiful record. I've graded it as near mint. Since I'm not an expert, I took it to a local record shop and talked to a guy who has been in the business for decades, and he agreed that it's near mint. The only flaws that I can see are a small mark on the lead-in groove of the b-side and very slightly torn paper around the spindle hole of the a-side (see photos).
