This record is in excellent condition. It has minor spindle rubbing near the centre holes and but hardly any spindle trails or lines. There are no scuffs, pen marks or fading on the labels and the centre holes are not loose. The push-out centres are firmly in place and overall the labels are clean, bright and in great shape with no major issues at all.
As for the vinyl itself both sides are very clean, have a vivid gloss and of course have nothing remotely serious showing. There are a few(maybe 5 or 6 visible when angled) very light surface lines or small marks visible in normal light but these are very minor indeed. When viewed under bright light these light lines show along with a few more wispy lines but for its age there are very few really, and overall it is in great shape. It has no serious scuffs, marks or blemishes and has a beautiful vivid lustre.
I play tested the record and it plays really well and produces clear and defined audio. It lays perfectly flat, there is no movement in the record arm and the sound produced is excellent. Its crisp, dynamic and has little to no background noise or surface interference audible during play. There is a minor trace in the run in/out and between tracks but this is mild and overall it plays great with audio of excellent clarity. There is of course no skips, sticks, clicks or distortion(caused by regular use) and overall it plays great and is in superb condition for its age.
The sleeve is in excellent- condition. It has only a small amount of rubbing or wear to the edges and corners(pics), and of course no splits or weak areas anywhere. There are no tears, scuffs or pen marks anywhere but there is a grubby mark or smudge on the rear near the top left corner. There is also some general age related discolouring to both sides and some light creasing to the laminated front. Overall it is in good shape for its age with just general age related wear really, and the smudge to the rear as mentioned. I have tried to describe the sleeve as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible as to its condition.
I will send the record in a brand new plain white inner to make sure no wear or damage occurs to the original during transit.
The record will also be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will be sent in a brand new protective plastic outer sleeve within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
