Up for bids: a RARE ORIGINAL ISSUE *STEREO* copy of the classic "HERE ARE..." LP by legendary garage-punk pioneers, the Pacific Northwest's own SONICS!

On ETIQUETTE RECORDS, ET-LPS-024, RED label. Runoff area reads (triangle)7949 S-024A, and (triangle)7949X S-024B on flip side.

Classic after classic on this one: THE WITCH (its first recorded appearance, if I remember right), DO YOU LOVE ME, DIRTY ROBBER, HAVE LOVE WILL TRAVEL, PSYCHO, STRYCHNINE ... oh, so many more!

Overall, vinyl what I would call " quite rough," with some seriously heavy wear. Plays through, but with some serious background hiss and a few skips. A deep cleaning with a quality record vacuum might help some, but don't quote me on that. Sleeve is in similar condition: split down most of top and all of bottom seams, shows moderate wear otherwise. Front & rear images are still pretty nice. Let's call this a "starter copy" for the dedicated fan who can't pay full value for a nice one right away, or a cover replacement for some lucky collector who needs one.

(This one is much, MUCH rougher than the MONO copy I have listed this week. I WANT to sound harsh when talking about it, so anyone bidding won't have any illusions about what they're getting into.  Better that most people are scared off by a description of a cruddy scratched-up record than one person buys it, then gets bent out of shape because it's rough, know what i mean?)
