SHOULD ANYONE BE LESS THAN HAPPY A REFUND ON RETURN OF ITEM
I have been a collector of records and music related items for a number of years, of many different genres. Over a period of time I plan to offer these up for sale.
HMV ALP 1479 Ginette Neveu Suk Red / Gold Sibelius Violin Concerto Susskind
record: very near mint
cover: excellent
A record such as this needs further description, there are no surface marks on the playing surface, the label on side 1 has a very small discoloured mark less visable dependent on angle, label on side 2 has 2 spindle marks. The laminated front, unlaminated back G & L flipback cover and original liner are excellent. There is a small tear at the cover opening, all laminate intact with minor bumps and rubs. The ability to supersize images should enable any faults mentioned to be seen in detail. That said photo's showing playing surface would suggest marks this is not the case, must be dust or similar.
MINT
The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as sealed or unplayed should be mint.
EXCELLENT
The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD
The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable.
LESSER CONDITIONS
Lesser conditions would only be used subject to rarity.
I MAY WELL USE COMBINATIONS OF THE ABOVE i.e. VG/EX, EX/NM.
Being as condition is subjective you may disagree, I can only give my honest opinion.
MINT is not a term I use but VERY NEAR MINT and or UNPLAYED may well be mint.
