this is a cassette / cd set that was made for the HOSPITAL PRODUCTIONS Record Store Grand Opening back in the day. there was a private party in the shop and these were given away .  inside was a exclusive mixtape cassette made by Dominic Furnow, a random Hospital cd, a business card and pack of True Crime cards.  all packaged in a black envelope.   needless to say this is one of the most obscure Hospital releases.  not many people even know this exists.   under 30 were made and im sure most were either thrown out or lost..  this is all unplayed.   very hard one to get here.. .  the USPS RAISED THEIR INTERNATIONAL RATES 37% PLEASE SEE NEW SHIPPING RATES BELOW. shipping rates include insurance.
