This premier release from the newly formed audiophile recording Label "Straight Ahead Records" features Hugh Masakela on Flugelhorn, Larry Willis on Piano, John Heard on bass and Lorca Heart on drums.

The recording was made at Bernie Grundman's ( A partner in Straight Ahead) studio on Oct. 15th - 17th and was mixed directly to two track analog tape.

Tunes include "You'll Never Know", "Paper Moon", "I Remember Clifford" among others - all to which Masekela brings a unique new interpretation. To quote Bernie Grundman: "These recordings are truly for the discriminating audiophile and Stewart (Levine - the other partner) and I wish you great adventures in listening".
