HANK MOBLEY SEXTET WITH DONALD BYRD AND LEE MORGAN - On Blue Note BLP 1540.  Original FIRST PRESS 1957 Mono 12" LP, double sided DEEP GROOVE with the classic Blue & White labels and the 767 Lexington AVE NYC address on both clean labels.  FLAT EDGE with RVG and the "ear" engraved in the dead wax of both sides.  Thick vinyl, thick carboard cover.  The personnel:  Donald Byrd, Lee Morgan/trumpets; Hank Mobley/tenor sax; Horace Silver/piano; Paul Chambers/bass; Charlie Persip/drums.  The vinyl is mostly in close to NM condition (beautiful sheen)!!  First track has small faint scratch mark that may sound lightly for several spins.  The thick cardboard cover is excellent and displays nicely.  Some faint tape stains along edges.  There are NO cut-out marks, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking.  Address on back cover is 767 Lexington Ave., New York 21.  The songs are:  Touch And Go; Double Whammy; Barrel Of Funk; Mobleymania.
