Description

Frank Trumbauer's crack band plays "Happy Feet"/"I Like to Do Things for You" on Okeh 41421.  But this west coast Okeh pressing has the rare take D of "Happy Feet," with marvelous, completely different solos from Tram and Andy Secrest.  Further, this take seems to have eluded reissue.  It's not on the Mosiac set, the TOM set or anywhere else, as far as I know.

This record looks to be in V condition with many short lams around the perimeter, but like most Okeh records, it sounds better than it looks.  It is noisy, but the music is clear and exciting.   I'm a longtime collector who is downsizing.  I know how to pack records.
