For auction today: From the Aussie punk legends The Hard Ons comes this uber-rare 7 inch, 4 track EP from 2010. Catalogue # WER12.
Tracks: “Every time I hear Techno I Pray for Death” / “Apples and oranges 2” / “You sir, can f**k off” / “Taxi”
This is one of only 50 that came with hand drawn cover art by Ray Ahn (available on pre-order). Ray has drawn the old woman from the "Smell my Finger" record cover and signed it on the front and the other original member Peter “Blackie” Black has signed the poster included here, in red felt pen (see photo).
Winning bidder will get all the 5 inserts shown in the pix. The outer paper bag with a unique sticker, record label merchandise order form, orange label-sticker, poster and 2 pieces of toilet paper 'cos "the music is so good, you'll sh*t yourself!" I will also include as an added bonus, a promo card for the Alfalfa Males lp with seminal Hard-Ons colour artwork. They will all be housed in the cardboard cover which is hand-silkscreened on both sides depicting the crowds (or lack of them) at their gigs in 1984 vs 2005. This release was limited to a hand-numbered pressing of 500 on cool, black and white marbled vinyl. This is number 498, as you can see in photo.
The four tracks on this EP were recorded in Sydney (live at the Annandale Hotel) meant to promo the bands’ 21st anniversary tour in 2005.
