Description

This is Contemporary Records C 3550, Harold Land Harold In The Land Of Jazz, a deep groove, yellow label original mono promotional issue of this beautiful record featuring the classic track "Grooveyard". The record is in VG+(+) condition, (a strong VG+), showing some light marks on both sides but playing quietly. There are some brief moments of light background crackle evident at the end of track one side one and track two side two, but these are minor instances and do not interfere with the enjoyment of the music. This is a beautiful sounding copy. The cover has a label tear, some writing on the back and edge bumps along with the Demonstration Copy stamp, but is otherwise intact. The labels are excellent and show only light spindle marks. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12 in mono mode. This is still, an excellent collector's grade copy of  this classic original mono issue. Please check our other listings as we discount shipping for multiple wins. Thanks for looking.
