Heart – Dreamboat Annie (Mushroom Records – MRS-5005)
Pressing features: 1st Original US Press, 1975, Stereo, Gatefold
Vinyl Record grade: VG++, record remains sonically pristine—a few hairlines visible under strong light, with little impact on sound or smoothness of playback. The disc still glistens with a rich, mirror‑like gloss, signaling that surface sheen and clarity remain remarkable despite its minor wear.
Cover/Jacket grade: VG+, showing light signs of handling such as shelf wear. Minor blemish on top right of jacket (see photo). Colors remain vibrant and sharp, with decent edges and strong seams—no splits, no writing, and no major wear.
Other contents: includes original inner sleeve

Record will be packed in a plastic outer sleeve with the record placed outside of the album jacket to prevent seam splits and securely sent in a reinforced media mailer with fragile stickers displayed on outside.
