Description

This for the 1959 record, "Heavenly Bodies" featuring Paul Tanner and his Electro-Theremin, and issued on Omega Records (OSL-4). This was recorded using the first electric theremin (in fact, I think it was a prototype that was used) and was also the introduction of the instrument. Great nude photo cover with a naked girl floating in space. Jacket has tape along the top edge, repairing a split seam, along with an extra piece of tape in the upper right corner, and an extra piece of red tape in the upper left corner. Lower right corner has tape which seems to serve no purpose (it's not repairing anything). Back of jacket has darkish rubbing. Vinyl has a little scuffing. Side 1 of the vinyl plays with some light crackling throughout. Side 2 has some minor surface noise, with an occasional louder crackle or soft pop. No inner sleeve.

Really great cover photo to this one!!
