Description
Up for bid are three, 1-sided, "His Master's Voice" records. On the non-recorded side they are embossed with, "His Master's Voice." The records all have coral-coloured labels and are all marked, "Factory Sample-Not for Sale" and "This record is listed in catalogue No. 2 which contains records of unique and historical interest not included in General Record Catalogue." The records come in a plain brown jacket marked, Made in Great Britain. The label is marked "Record manufactured by The Gramophone Co. Ltd., Hayes, Middlesex, England." As these records were not manufactured in the USA, I cannot guarantee they will play on your stereo. I do not own one so can't try it out. I'm sure someone out there knows for sure.
I cannot find a date anywhere and these records are not the bendable vinyl-type records. They are thick and seem to be the type that can break easily.
All the records feature Soprano, Adelina Patti. The musical pieces are:
Record #03082 in Italian w/orchestra, "Casta diva, che inargenti"- Cavatina (Norma - Bellini) There looks like there is a little pitting on this record but it is smooth to the touch and seems superficial.
Record #03083 in French w/ piano, "Connais-tu le pays?" (Mignon - Thomas)
Record #03084 in Italian w/piano, "La Sonnambula" - Bellini
Please be courteous and ask questions before you bid. It is most appreciated.

I was unable to revise this in time, but these records should have been listed as "Singles" as they are one-sided, and not as "LP's" as originally stated. Thanks.
