THE HOLLIES - 'WOULD YOU BELIEVE?'
This superb 1st UK MONO pressing of their fourth album dates from initial release in 1966 is on the yellow & black Parlophone label: PMC 7008
Both also carry the familiar 'Sold in UK..' text & 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd..' worded rims.
The 'KT' purchase tax code is visible around the centre of the side 2 label.

Vinyl weight: 161g
Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed mono cover.
Complete with its black & white EMI advertising inner-sleeve.

Labels: EXCELLENT +
An extremely clean & unworn pair with just one or two tiny spindle trails around each centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Immaculate deep-gloss playing surfaces which display nothing more than a few faint sleeve removal marks in strong daylight but no scuffs marks or scratches of any kind. Even careful inspection directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp reveals little more than a few barely visible wispy paper hairlines and a sparkling rainbow shine. a tough one to upgrade.
Play: EXCELLENT +
A terrific, unworn copy with no traces of any groove/play wear or background interference on or between any track or in either channel. the entire album is also free from any clicks, pops or any other such audible faults or distraction. One to really enjoy.
Cover:
VERY GOOD +
A respectable example with light handling & storagewear but certainly no major faults. The front panel is clean & bright with just a few small spine winkles but no 'thumbnails' or other such wear. here is some shelfwear bruising to the lower corners and a touch to the opening edges but no tears or anything major. the rear panel is clean overall with no significant marks or blemishes. The original London retailer's sticker is still adhered just above the lower flipback. All flipbacks themselves are fully intact and both seams and the spine are smooth unstressed and unsplit.
Inner-sleeve:

Clean & flat with slight age-toning but no writing, tears or seam splits.
