Description

Originally released in 1974, this highly acclaimed interpretation by Andre Previn of Gustav Holst's 'Planets' has never sounded as stunning as on this Toshiba-EMI Pro-Use Series pressing from 1980. All the highs and lows are present here in incredible detail; half-speed mastered on virgin vinyl and stretched out on 2 Lps to preserve all the nuances from the original master tape. This copy is from my personal collection and is opened but UNPLAYED.

Condition of Gatefold Jacket: Near Mint....showing just the faintest signs of handling and storage wear. The very, very start of a seam split at the bottom edge can be noticed if looked carefully. Obi is in Excellent condition as is the rare japanese insert.

Condition of 2 Records: Mint/Unplayed....I have removed them from their original sleeves for inspection and to photograph for this listing only. Both records have substantial weight....probably 135g to 150g each.
