Description
This is "IN THE COURT OF THE CRIMSON KING" original 1969 UK LP, BY KING CRIMSON.
The LP was bought on its release in 1969, and is a 1st pressing.
The vinyl is on the ISLAND label, number ILPS 9111, and has the following 1st press matrix numbers:
- Side 1: ILPS 9111 A 2 1 1
- Side 2: ILPS 9111 B 3 1 1

Record is EX+, the vinyl is unmarked, with no noticeable spindle marks, it does not look like a 41-year old record.
The LP plays very well, with just some background noise in the quieter moments and 1st track run-ins.
The cover is VG+, and is a gatefold and was not laminated, but is in good shape, apart from general storage and handling wear.
The front and back cover have no noticeable ringwear.
There is some slight wear on the corners, top and bottom edges, and spine, although the letters on the spine are still visible.
Also very small sticker removal mark top left front cover - see picture.

The record will be packed in a stiff package specifically designed for sending vinyl throught the post, with added protection on the corners.
