This release variant is the only UK release in the database which has the following combination on the labels: "Made In Gt. Britain" at the top, " Two Record Set- Record No. 1 and 2" written on two lines and "Produced by Isaac Hayes" at bottom. Cat No. on Rear Cover reads 2659 007 Super, on Spine reads Super 2659 007.
