Original scarce 1992 Geffen Records (GFSTP 25) limited edition 4 track 12" picture disc, AUTOGRAPHED on the front of the disc by Izzy, die-cut sleeve is VG++ condition with only super light shelf-wear, disc is unplayed near mint condition.
