In the Court of the Crimson King UK 1st Press Pink i Island Textured A/2 B/2 LP
Very Rare and one of the rarest variations of the UK 1st pressing featuring the pink textured labels ILPS 9111, A//2 B//2 Matrixes.
Visually under bright light the vinyl has a number of very light play traces. I have cleaned the record on my Okki Nokki machine. Side one plays very well, with no loud clicks etc. There is some light minor surface noise and occasional light clicks in places VG+ Side 2 has more surface noise, particularly to Track 1 (moonchild), there are also a couple of light marks to this side which cause some repetitive minor clicks (perhaps a minute of Moonchild). However there are no major audio issues and the record is an enjoyable audio experience VG-
Conservative and fair grading for the Vinyl therefore is Side 1: VG+ Side 2: VG-
The Textured Labels have a number of light spindle traces VG
The Gatefold Sleeve has affair amount of rubbing to the spine but is otherwise pretty clean VG+
