I've gone to the trouble of recording this entire L.P. All of the tracks are here, if you know the way this runs then some tracks follow very quickly e.g. "I talk to the wind" & The court of the krimson king (the return of the fire, witch & illusion)

Condition :

Top vinyl this is near mint, the all important "Moonchild" has great play. Note : this track in particular is so quiet for the main part it demands GREAT condition...This is it. I've listened through & recorded this complete l.P. Apart from the slightest of background noise in some places on "moonchild" in the quietest played parts, you can hear for yourself in these mp3 clips recorded directly from the actual record just how clear this ORIGINAL is still sounding.

Fantastic appearance for this disc, absolutely no visual issues whatsoever here. FANTASTIC & very Impressive looking & great audio, as you will see & hear for yourself if you look & listen along.

This is without a doubt the hardest record to come by especially in this condition. Its still even got the original dust inner "plastic bags are dangerous" this is in mint shape with the poly liner protective inner attatched.

I've properly inspected the record under extreme white light & it has no warping or damage. Vinyl sits perfectly flat on a turntable. I can't even see any hairlined fractures. A very shiny & glossy record. Ultra clean, NO dust!! or damp, no storage marks, NO scratched marks, or surface issues etc. A mint disc here, simply wonderfull. 100% satisfaction here, perfect vinyl of this classic rare first press.

The cover is the gated E.J. Day which apart from the slightest of wear at some corners & the spine is in EXCELLENT condition. This is a common occurance with this design. The spine has no split & only the expected minimal wear. There are no handwritten names in ink or biro pen on the cover outside or on the inside.

The labels are both out of 100% 95% correct. Inspected again under extreme bright white light. There are only very superficial spindle marks on both sides, about (4) counted. These are only visable at an angle under these conditions. A little wear around the centre pinholes also, but this is being very critical on my part.

The excellent masterpeice by KING CRIMSON on the pink island label with the early & very, very RARE matrix numbers as above. DO NOT MISS THIS... I only have this one with the pink labels.

Please see the extra large photographs below & method of secure & safe posting/packing. You will have your record properly packaged. Custom made box mailers are used, two stiffeners, record outside the main cover, inside a plain white spare dust inner. All stored inside a brand new poly protector. Sealed at the top with clearly marked "FRAGILE" masked tape & handle with care stickers. Please see these mailers in payment & shipping box below...

Record will be packed in a tough custom box DEFENDAPACK mailer as shown in the photos below. The mailer has a locking tab. The record will be placed outside the cover inside a polythene protector between two card stiffeners and sealed at the top with fragile marked masking tape.

Mint (M) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condiition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

Excellent (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good (VG) The record has obviously been played many times, but displayes no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any moajor defects is acceptable

Good (G) Te record has been played so much that the sound quality has notceably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc

Fair (F) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

Poor (P) The record will not play properly due to scratched, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing Bad (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler

CD's and CASSETTES As a general rule CD's and Cassettes either play perfectly - inwhich case they are in Mint condition - or they don't, in which case their value is minimal. Cassette tape is liable to deteriorate with age, even if it remains unplayed, so care should be taken when buying old tapes. CD's are difficult to grade visually; they can look perfect but actually be faulty, while in other cases they may appear damaged but still play perfectly. Cassette and CD inlays and booklets should be graded in the same way as record covers and sleeves. In general, the plastic containers for cassettes and CDs can easily be replaces if they are broken or scratched, but card covers and digipaks are subject to the same wear as record sleeves
