Description

A rare opportunity to bid for a true rock rarity. This is a 100% genuine article which has been in my posession since I attended a college gig Maiden headlined (with Preying Mantis in support), back in1979. Maiden fans will need no introduction to this amazing disc, cut before they had even secured a record deal & featuring original lead vocalist Paul Di'anno.

The record & bears all of the original etchings on both sides - this is not a re-press! The disc is in good condition & totally playable, which I can confirm.This is the original red label version on Rock Hard records, serial no Rok.1. There is a scuff mark at the start of Invasion, but this does not affect playability. Vinyl scores 7/10 in my opinion.

The record is in the original picture sleeve with pictures of the band on both sides & with the "scoop" at the back - see pics.There is some slight creasing to the sleeve in the bottom right hand corner, but nothing serious - the sleeve easily scores 8/10.

In summary - a totally genuine 26 year old piece of rock history.
