Description
Released on Island in 1967, cat # WI-3054; this is “Rock Steady†/ “Cool Collie†by Hopeton Lewis.
And so, here we have another batch of stunning singles from the late 60’s that have sat in a box for nearly forty years waiting to be played! This is our nineteenth week of listing this reggae collection and it is just getting better and better! Remember, most of these are MINT, some are UNPLAYED and none of them have been played more than once or twice by the original owner. You are not going to find better!
Both labels are clean with NO spindle marks. Both playing surfaces are unmarked and are visually in MINT condition. As with the first Island single; there was slight noise at the start on the first play, but less by the second. The record is at least excellent and close to mint.
Postage and packing for one record will be £1.10 UK, £1.80 Europe and £2.50 USA and the Rest of the World. For two records, the costs are £1.30 UK, £2.20 Europe and £3.20 USA and the Rest of the World.
Insurance is extra and will be required if the value of the record or overall consignment exceeds £28.
Payment by PayPal is preferred for all customers; though I will accept cheques or postal orders for UK customers. Overseas customers must pay by Paypal unless agreed otherwise prior to auction end.
