SCHIFTERS - FREESOUND No 4 - FRENCH LIBRARY Lp music by JACKY GIORDANO & YAN TREGGER arranger YAN D'YS. Original French pressing on the FREESOUND label (FS 4 / 74), from 1974. Holy grail French Library masterpiece by the cult Librarians with crack studio session players. Every theme on this recording is killer... aggressive wah wah funk / sleazy rock and psychedelic sounds with stoned and buzzing fuzz distortions / clavinet / heavy-duty drum breaks / hip hop beats / jazz horns and funky basslines. Lots of breaks for the Library loving B-Boy. We have recorded most of the Lp for our soundclip which opens with the RIEKA theme. Great for DJs. Easily the funkiest release on the cult label :) Amazing Easy Rider / biker inspired collage artwork sleeve too. Very rare Library Lp!!! Our record grading: SEALED / M- / VG++ / VG+ / VG
Vinyl is in strong VG++ condition (closer to M-) with a few hairlines. Some light surface noises. One, mini pressing mark to middle of 'Shifter' theme. The laminated sleeve is in strong VG++ condition with a couple of mini tears to top seam area of back sleeve. A little wear to front bottom left corner. Pen writing, back sleeve. Ring wear / ring dirt marks, back sleeve. Camera flash glare to sleeve and label photo. Very rare Library Lp!!!
