Description
Very rare original pressing of JAMES CARR's classic and cult LP A MAN NEEDS A WOMAN (1968, Goldwax GW 3002) - *also pressed on the rarest Goldwax label variant*: dark blue. Southern soul that was a major influence of GRAM PARSONS and many others, as THE FLYING BURRITO BROS covered Moman/Penn's "the Dark End of the Street" on THE GILDED PALACE OF SIN after hearing Carr's version on this LP.
