Herbie Hancock "Maiden Voyage" on Blue Note 4195, an original mono, New York USA label pressing.  VAN GELDER stamp and ear in deadwax.
The vinyl is in glossy VG++/VG+ condition, very well preserved.  The cover is in VG condition, no writing, 1" split top seam, 3" split bottom seam, light shelf wear, small stains front and back.
