Virtually every other Stereo pressing I have ever seen is on the later black/silver Columbia labels - not this one!!! It is one of the impossibly rare 1st press Stereo copies that were on the blue/black 1st Press Columbia labels!!! Complete with the rare 1st press laminated Garrod & Lofthouse flipback sleeve - this is a seriously rare record!!! It is one of those IMPOSSIBLE albums to find nowadays as a 1st press, especially in condition such as this - It just doesn't happen anymore - even on eBay! The 1960's Quality Pressed Thick & Chunky vinyl retains all of its factory shine - giving it a superb 'just-pressed' look. This is a real stunner!
Cat No:
SCX 6293
Matrix:
Side 1 - YAX 3706 - 1

The Classic earliest Blue/Black Columbia 1st press labels are in stunning MINT- condition!!! There is NO Peeling, NO Lifting, NO Scribbles and NO unwanted writing of any kind. There is only a few light spindle marks!!! The vinyl looks absolutely stunning. It is vary hard to find copies of this LP that have not been played to death, on the rare occasions that the do turn up they are full of nasty scratches and gouges. This one is NOT!!! It has NO deep Scratches, NO groove-wear and No warping!!! It does have some light waxy scuffs on each side. But Nothing that causes the record to jump or skip!!! I would thus have no hesitation on grading this vinyl Very Good!!!! It has still has all of its beautiful 'factory pressed' sheen!!! This vinyl will knock you dead if you are lucky enough to win this auction. It feels great. You can feel the quality of this thick and chunky UK 1st pressing and weight is amazing - it weighs a ton!!
The classic earliest laminated Garrod & Lofthouse flipback sleeve is also in beautiful condition with NO Tears, NO Scribbles and NO unwanted writing of any kind!!! It is completely blemish free!!! The sleeve lies perfectly FLAT with virtually NO RING WEAR and a good strong spine!!! It has the odd very small minor laminate crease but NO serious creases and NO cracks!!! The reverse un-laminated side retains a beautiful whiteness with very little of the dis-colouration normally associated with the G & R front-only laminated flipback sleeves!!! This rare sleeve easily grades as Very Good at the very least!!! The LP comes with its Original inner sleeve! Please check out our feedback and bid with confidence as this is a no reserve auction with a very low starting price!

Postage ... Hazey Jane has absolutely NO hidden surcharges; the price you win is the price you pay, just add the relevant postage, it's as simple as that! We always combine postage so if you win more than 1 auction you save money on postage costs! We will only ship to non-UK countries via Airmail - we do not use surface mail, it is way too slow and thus increases the risk of records being damaged during transit.
A little note about insurance - Please read carefully... If the value of your record(s) is over £30, your invoice will include an insured option. Being the responsible adults you are, it is entirely up to you to take this up - we strongly advise you to do this but will not hassle you about it. You either add the required insurance or you don't. If you do add the required insurance and your record is lost/damaged, you will get a refund. If you don't add the required insurance and your record is lost/damaged, you will not get a refund. Can we be any clearer? I think not.

Refunds & Feedback ... Please read this carefully ... We try to give you the best quality examples of rare records available. However, there will always be somebody out there whose expectations far exceed UK record collector grading standards. If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your record or our grading of it please refer to the UK Record Collector Grading Chart very carefully BEFORE emailing us. We strictly adhere to it and will only offer refunds (minus the postage AND our eBay costs) if we are satisfied that we have fallen below UK record collector grading standards. This will very rarely, if ever, happen. We will not be impressed with buyers disputing our gradings without even bothering to check the UK record collector grading standards chart first - you have been warned ...
Buyers who continually Haggle, Whine and Moan to try to decrease the price they won their auctions for will be blocked from bidding on future auctions and can toodle off down to HMV or Virgin where they can harass the counter staff there.
We will always leave feedback upon receipt of feedback. In an ideal world we would like to leave feedback as soon as the record has been shipped but due to feedback blackmail in the past (i,e, ",,,I want a partial refund or I will leave negative feedback") we have opted to take this measure. Contact must be made within 3 days of winning the auction. If payment has not been received after 10 days a non paying bidder alert will be placed. If payment is then not received within 7 days Negative feedback WILL be left and the buyer WILL be given a strike by eBay. Thanks for reading.
