Superb and scare 2xLP release from West Germany of Jesus Christ Superstar, issued in 1970 on the audiophile vinyl TELDEC label (MAPS 2075/1-2/D). Both LPs are in very strong VG++ condition, outstanding. That’s NOT wear on the box, it’s glare from the flash: Outer box is also a superb VG++ with no issues to note. Both inserts are included, as well – the 12-page booklet is VG++ and the color photo sheet is VG+. Unsurpassed sound for this recording, which features the British cast that included Ian Gillian, Murray Head, Mike D’Abo and Yvonne Elliman, among others.
