TRACK RECORD (UK, 1967)

 Double album acheté par correspondance il y a quelques années, j'ai eu l'heureuse surprise de découvrir que la pochette ouvrante POLYDOR contenait en fait deux 1ers pressages anglais en très bon état avec label "TRACK RECORD"!

I bought this album by mail a few years ago. I had the happy surprise to discover two original UK 1st pressings LPs on TRACK RECORDS in very good condition inside the POLYDOR gatefold sleeve!

Vinyl (Visuel) : VG+/EX     (overall GREAT!)

Are You Experienced / SIDE 1: VG+ (seulement quelques marques/éraflures superficielles ; à la lumière quelques très fines petites rayures/"hairlines" sont également visibles // only a few superficial marks/scuffs. Also, under light, a few very thin scuffs/hairlines are visible).

Are You Experienced / SIDE 2: VG+ (une fine rayure superficielle sur "3rd stone..." (ne s'entend pas); la lumière rélève quelques éraflures supplémentaire// one superficial thin scratch on "3rd stone..." (no impact on sound) ; Also under light, a few more scuffs are visible ).

Axis Bold As Love / SIDE 1 : VG+/EX- (seulement quelques petites marques superficielles. Et à la lumière, seulement quelques petites éraflures supplémentaires // only a few small superficial marks. Under light only a few more small scuffs are visible).

Axis Bold As Love / SIDE 2 : EX (peu de marques visibles // few visible marks).

AUDIO (play tested on thorens td160 with ortofon om30) :  les 2 disques passent très bien. "Axis bold as love" a vraiment un super son! / both records play very well. A really great sounding copy of "Axis bold as love"!

Are You Experienced / SIDE 1: VG to VG+ (quelques légers grésillements de fond occasionnels notamment sur "Foxy Lady", "Red house" et sur quelques intros ; légère distorsion occasionnelle sur "Foxy Lady"// a few occasional light background crackles notably on "Foxy Lady", "Red house", and on some intro ; also a few occasional light distorsion on "Foxy Lady").

Are You Experienced / SIDE 2: VG+ (+) (quelques légers grésillements de fond sur les 30 premières secondes, puis l'écoute est plutôt propre, avec seulement quelques légers grésillements de fond occasionnels // a few light background crackles on the first 30 secondes, then after the listening is rather clean with only occasional light background crackles).

Axis Bold As Love / SIDE 1 : VG+/EX- (Super son avec quelques légers grésillements de fond occasionnels sur certains passages calmes. A noter, un gros "pop" une fois la face terminée, pas sur la musique // Great sound with occasional light background crackles on some quieter passages. Also, a loud "pop" at the end of the side, but it's after the music has ended).

Axis Bold As Love / SIDE 2 : VG+(+) (Super son avec quelques légers grésillements de fond occasionnels sur certains passages calmes // Great sound with occasional light background crackles on some quieter passages).

(des signes d'usure visibles (bords, coins, surface) avec notamment : légère trace circulaire en surface, petites coupures sur le bord supérieur, petites coupures et pliures sur le bord droit. L'arête gauche est en bon état// some visible signs of wear (edges, corners, surface), notably : light ring wear on front, small cuts on upper edge, small cuts and folds on right edges. The spine is in good condition)

 CONDITION GRADINGS

MINT (M) – In perfect / As New Condition

EXCELLENT (EX) – Used and with minor signs of wear

VERY GOOD (VG) – Used, sleeve will have obvious signs of wear/damage. Vinyl will have obvious signs of wear, will play with no major faults, but may have some surface noise

GOOD (G) – Sleeve will have significant wear/damage. Vinyl will have a fair amount of surface damage, will play with no jumps or sticks, but will have significant surface noise

FAIR (F) – Sleeve will be badly damaged. Vinyl will have a lot of damage, will play with surface noise and may jump/stick etc.

(+ & - maybe used if an item is between standard gardings.)
