Don't miss this opportunity to own one of the finest 1970 CLASSIC BLUES ROCK Albums of all time.
I have listened to this album several times and despite the noticable surface marks it plays through from beginning to end without any skips or jumps. I have cleaned the LP however the surface scuffs are still audible and there is some background noise which remains.
The SLEEVE is in EX condition and is the ORIGINAL RARE sought after WITHDRAWN PUPPET sleeve.
There is a mispress in the spelling of GYPSIES , it is spelt 'GYPSYS' on the sleeve but GIPSIES on the actual label itself
Band of Gypsys is the eponymous live album by the blues rock band that was formed by Jimi Hendrix after the dissolution of the Jimi Hendrix Experience. Hendrix is backed by Billy Cox and Buddy Miles. Songs were recorded at the Fillmore East on two separate nights (December 31, 1969, and January 1, 1970), totaling four concerts, with songs from the final two appearing on the album. Produced by Hendrix and released just six months before his death in 1970, this was the last album he authorized.

All records are professionally cleaned using an MOTH cleaning system prior to despatch.
I package my records in the strongest purpose made mailers for maximum safety.
All records are removed from their picture sleeves where appropriate and posted in a separate plain white inner to avoid damage during transit.
The following is the scale I use to grade my records , I try my best to get it right so please buy with confidence.
MINT:
The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks
or deterioration in sound quality.
The cover and any extra items are in perfect condition.
Records advertised as sealed or un-played should be mint.
EXCELLENT:
The record shows some signs of having been played,
but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD:
The record has obviously been played many times,
but displays no major deterioration in sound quality,
despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items,
is acceptable.
GOOD:
The record has been played so much
that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated,
perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.
The cover suffers from folding, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

UK Orders - Please add 1.5 UKP for each additional LP purchased (doubles count as 2)
International Orders - Please add 2.5 UKP for each additional LP purchased (doubles count as 2). I prefer to send Internationsal orders 'international signed for' to ensure that all orders arrive at their destination safely.
