U.S. STEREO VERTIGO SWIRL VEL-1000
Jimmy Campbell was one of the great undiscovered talents of the uk Mersey scene. In 1970 Jimmy teamed up with Billy Kinsley and Tony Crane of the Merseybeats, Pete Clarke of the Escorts and Joey Molland of Badfinger to record 'Half Baked', it was released the same year and also became Jimmy's only American release. Musically the album is full of excellent sad and bleak sounding downer folky tunes with some great orchestral string arrangements. Half Baked is not one of the rarest and most in demand on the swirl label but it a bit of a lost classic that is well worth a listen.
CONDITION = STILL SEALED
This excellent U.S. Vertigo Swirl rarity is still tightly sealed in it's original shrink-wrapping. There really cannot be many copies out there that can be in guaranteed unplayed condition. The cover has a small drill hole in the front bottom left corner, there is also a tiny hole in the wrapping on the back right at the bottom and a small split in the shrink-wrapping at one corner. This is a very rare opportunity to get a copy of this lost classic Scouse downer folk album in MINT unplayed condition.

I pack my records very well, the album will be removed from the outer cover to avoid seem/edge splits in transit, plenty of rigid cardboard support will be used to avoid corners bending, this album will reach you in the same condition as advertised.
