Record Grading: Good Plus (G+)

Side 1/Side 2: Many faint surface scuffs & scratches all over the surface, a few more lightly feelable scratches, plays with some surface noise or crackle, still plays pretty well. 
Label: Blue/White Side 1: "BLUE NOTE RECORDS • 47 WEST 63rd ? NYC" Side 2: "BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC ? NEW YORK USA" Wear & tear on Side2. No Deep Groove on both sides.
Matrix: "RVG" hand etched on both sides.
"ear" mark on both sides.

Sleeve Grading: Very Good (VG)

Front/Back: Top and bottom seam split, edge wear, corner rubs, old tape marks on edges, writing on opening of back cover.
