J. J. Johnson (with Clifford Brown, Wynton Kelly, Charles Mingus, Hank Mobley, Kenny Clarke, etc.) THE EMINENT Vol. 2. Blue Note 1506, recorded 1953–54. Ear and “RVG” cut into the wax. 161 Lexington Avenue addresses on both sides. Not Deep Groove. Glossy jacket is E+ and better: structurally perfect, a small bit of contact wear on middle spine. Disc looks E+: very little wear, just some marks from sleeve. Plays NM/NM-.
