JOE MCPHEE Tenor Orig 1977 LP HAT HUT Rare!
Killer copy of this key solo saxophone side, one of the major early investigations into solo sound from an improvising reedist. The Hat Hut label basically came together to document the flow of McPhee’s muse and this LP is lovingly presented with a heavy textured/tip-on sleeve and an insert plugging McPhee’s earlier CJR releases and the first few Hat Hut sides as well as notes from McPhee himself. Sleeve Ex++/Vinyl Ex++. Beautiful copy.
