No pops, clicks, jumps etc. The best copy that I have ever seen.  The album is housed in a lined anti static inner which fits inside the original Blue Note advertising inner.

Sleeve: Heavy Card USA sleeve is unspoilt with no tears or creases. A little shelf wear to the spine but nothing serious. Edges are crisp and clean. There is a number in pen (quite small) underneath the catalogue number to the rear sleeve and a few brown aging spots to the rear as well.  There is an "American Pressing" sticker to the top left hand corner of the rear sleeve.

Description: The classic album from Jon Coltrane featuring Lee Morgan, Custis Fuller, Kenny Drew, Paul Chambers and Philly Lee Jones.

Those Old Records, Rugeley - Staffordshire UK

We are a small business founded in 2006 and based in Lichfield Staffordshire. We only sell high quality vinyl and do not trade in inferior cd's. In addition, We opened a vinyl only record shop in Rugeley Staffordshire in February 2010 and aim to provide the very best customer service at all times – accurate gradings, strong packaging and all at a keen price. We have a uk based website.  Any queries please mail me at thoseoldrecords@btinternet.com

Record Grading:

All records are graded as per the standards set by Record Collector. Records are examined under a strong halogen light and graded accordingly. In addition, all NON MINT records are played on a LINN Axis turntable with an Akito arm with a Roksan cartridge. I tend not to get carried away with the classification or use words like “impossibly rare” “vault copy” or any other such nonsense.  My reviews are precise and to the point.  It is assumed that you know something of the artist so I rarely provide a description of who they are/were etc. .

Record Cleaning:

All NON MINT albums are professionally cleaned prior to classification on an Okki Nokki record cleaning machine before dispatch.

Packaging: (all vinyl 7” + 12”)

Packaging is of the highest quality.  I use professional mailers at all times, each record is supported by 2 cardboard stiffeners. The inner sleeve and record are packed individually in order to reduce wear on the sleeve in transit. The record, inner and cardboard stiffeners are then packed inside a high grade polythene record protector before being sealed in the mailer. The mailer is then supported by tape around the edges in order to minimise risk.

 Postage Costs:

Postage is normally done the next working day after payment. All items are sent "Recorded Delivery". There are no exceptions. Proof of postage is retained with all items.
