LP is in VG/VG- (Very Good/Very Good-) Condition
Plays typically VG but with some level of surface noise heard in some portions--- most of it not too distracting (though definitely more noticeable in some spots than others). There are absolutely no skips on this record!!! While not an audiophile copy, it should hopefully fill in that collection!!!
Album cover is in well preserved state with high gloss retention, sharp corners and very clean front cover with the classic iconic design and photo. Top opening edge has a 3 inch seam split.
Back Album cover shows some moderate age/shelf wear. Original sticker on back from an old record shop in North Philadelphia that has to be from the late 50s/early 1960s era.
'Blue Train' marks a definitive moment in not just the career of John Coltrane, but in jazz and pop music as well. This is an iconic work of art for the ages with far reaching influence felt today over 50 years later!
A necessary album to own and cherish!
