Description
JOHN COLTRANE - "GIANT STEPS" - Original MONO Record Album made in the United States in 1959 by ATLANTIC (1311). This is an absolute original 1959 u.s. mono 1st pressing & not a re-issue of any kind.

Labels: BLACK with SILVER PRINT / DEEP GROOVE on both sides + a nice thick pressing (labels show little wear with a few light spindle marks on each side & a previous owners address sticker on each side).
Condition of the Record: strong VG to VG+ / glossy with NO WEAR, several light surface marks / light surface scratches on each side which do not affect play & there are a few small-ish scratches on each side - these scratches are only very lightly audible in the backround for brief moments. This Record has also been cleaned on a VPI machine and plays strong VG+ / plays very nice with very little backround surface sound and some very light ticks in spots.
Condition of the Cover: strong VG / close to VG+ / laminated on the front, clean on the front except for some light staining in spots along the bottom edge, very light corner / edge wear, a few small light creases / few small light stains, some light stains / light dirt marks on the back, light writing in a small area on the back along the open end, a small address sticker on the back & some light stains with a few tears on the back along the bottom edge where some light water exposure has happened.
