John Lee Hooker---"Sings Blues--16 Selections--Every One A Pearl"---Ultrs Rare Original USA Pressed Mono Album In VG+ Condition On The King Label---From 1960
This is a USA copy from 1960 inmono on the "crownless" King label with silver print, cat. no. KING 727.
Vinyl: VG+. The vinyl is in lovely condition with a great shine and one hairline which can't be felt and does not affect the play. It plays with great sound and just has a little light surface noise with 2 clicks on track 1 side 2 and another 2 on track 2 side 2. It plays with a better quality than most vinyl I've heard from 1960 as so many of them were played to death on low quality equipment.
Labels: EX. Labels are in great condition with no markings. There are hardly any spindle lines.
Sleeve: VG. This is the extremely rare original sleeve and it is in very shiny condition on the front and the back is nice and bright with just 2 small reference numbers in the top right corner. The bottom right corner of the sleeve has some wear and a 4" split.
With a low start price you could get yourself a real bargain.
