Both John Lennon and Yoko Ono are fully nude (naked) on the front and back cover of this album. This album does not include the outside brown censorship bag (us required).

This 1st press album is from england !

 

Collector's Information:

    The album front cover displayed  John and Yoko nude on the front cover, while the back cover shows them from a behind view.

US Distributors were prompted to sell the album in a plain brown wrapper, and copies of the album were impounded as obscenity in several jurisdictions.

 

I don't know how it got here in the US - but it is !

Maybe a Service Member was stationed in Europe -

or a College Student attended school there -

or maybe somebody was on vacation ???

But of all the others listed here ...

- I only see one other like this one -

 

 This is NOT the T-5001 made in the USA

Look close at the Green Apple Label

It was made & sold in Merrie England !

 

The cover is not in the best shape although the record itself appears to be in good shape. There is an inside black envelope that appears to be OK also.
