Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room and pass it on to another collector. This week’s auctions feature my Beatles, Rolling Stones and some progressive records that are form my own personal collection, so here we go!
On offer, a very rare first U.K. MONO pressing of John Mayall Plays John Mayall – Live at Klooks Kleek on the RED UNBOXED Decca label, cat. no. LK 4680.
The record is in VG+++ condition, there are a couple non-sounding hairlines and some superficial non-sounding marks. The labels are in VG+ condition, there are a couple spindle marks and the previous owner has written his name on the side 2 label.
The cover is in VG+++ condition, there is a crinkle on the left of the front, a tiny crease in the upper left hand corner and a name is written on the back of the cover. The original Decca inner sleeve is still present and is VG++ condition. It only suffers from some age browning.
This is John Mayall’s first and hardest LP to find, especially as a first pressing on the UNBOXED Decca label. All post 1970 pressings are on boxed label or even as a German import. This is your chance to complete your John Mayall collection. Happy Bidding!
