ARTIST & TITLE: JOHN ROWLES Rhythm Of The City
Note: Killer recent discovery, loaded front to back with uptempo, lushly produced disco and disco-soul cuts. Produced by H.B. Barnum.
VINYL PRESSING: NZ PRESSING
LABEL: EMI
CAT # HSD 1083
VINYL CONDITION: EX- I VERY RARELY CALL SOMETHING A NM- BUT ON THIS OCCASION IT LOOKS UNPLAYED, MAYBE HAS A FEW TINY BLEMISHES AND PAPER SCUFFS, BUT YOU ALMOST NEED A MAGNIFYING GLASS UNDER A 200 WATT BULB TO SEE THEM. ONE OF THE CLEANEST NICEST VINYLS I HAVE EVER OWNED - LIKE I SAID LOOKS UNPLAYED - HAS NO SPINDLE MARKS.
COVER CONDITION: EX- ONCE AGAIN LOOKS ALMOST LIKE A NM- FOR SOME REASON IN THE PICTURE I TOOK IT LOOKS A BIT FADED OR WEIRD, BUT THAT'S JUST AN OPTICAL ILLUSION IN REALITY IT LOOKS LIKE IT IS A BRAND NEW ONE.
ADDITIONAL INFO: ALSO THIS WAS RELEASED IN THE US UNDER A PRIVATE LABEL BUT IN NZ IT WAS RELEASED UNDER EMI, BUT DON'T WORRY ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THIS VINYL IT SOUNDS AMAZING! AS ANY COLLECTOR WILL ATTEST TO NZ PRESSED VINYL, OUR RECORDS ARE MADE OF NICE HEAVY GREAT SOUNDING VINYL (CHECK OUT ANY BEATLES DISCUSSION BOARD - ALL COLLECTORS SAY THAT NZ VINYL GETS THE THUMBS UP) SO YOU CAN BE VERY HAPPY THAT AN NZ PRESSING WILL SOUND AS GOOD AS A US PRESSED ONE! (PROBABLY EVEN BETTER SINCE ITS PRESSED UNDER THE EMI LABEL AND THEY HAVE HIGH STANDARDS)
SERIOUSLY DONT MISS THIS ALBUM, IT CAN SELL ON HERE FOR ANYWHERE BETWEEN $200 AND $500 - AND THIS ONE WAS PRESSED IN THE LAND WHERE MR ROWLES WAS BORN, SO THAT'S ANOTHER REASON WHY YOU SHOULD BID. ;-)
PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY BE LISTING VINYL ONE TIME ONLY!.... SO IF YOU SEE IT FIRST TIME, BID OR BUY IT.... OTHERWISE IT WILL BE GONE FOREVER!

PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT BEFORE BIDDING:
GRADING: All vinyl is graded visually - I just don't have time to play all my discs before putting them up for auction however I will try to be tough on the grading, as I would prefer that a buyer was happily surprised, in stead of unhappily disappointed.
NM = Mint. No such thing really, unless its still sealed. or brand new, unplayed.
EX- = Excellent. Looks almost new. Possibly has one to two minors faults, and some evidence of having been played, with no audible defect.
VG+ = Very Good Plus. Has light scuffs and scratches but mostly inaudible. possibly can hear a bit of noise in quiet parts. Records with slight surface noise and/or scuffs fall into this category.
VG = Very Good. Has a bit more wear and tear, surface noise a bit more apparent, but still very listenable. Records in this category have more significant damage or wear.
VG- = More, distracting surface noise. Quite audible but good for singalongs etc ;-) Only used for rarites that you otherwise may not find.
G+ = Good Plus. Not really good, more like a dustbin lid, used really only for rarities and/or label fillers
