This is the second of three private press LPs by John Villemonte; the first one made in a studio.  One reference I found on the Internet states only 200 copies were pressed.

 

Contains the highly sought after track, "I Am the Moonlight."  I have heard and seen his music described as "haunting atmospheric folk, "psychedelic folk," and "unknown fragile mellow psych."

 

The back of the LP states, " Inhale the Vapors of your Dreams," which should give you a feel for the LP if you're not already familiar with it, and there is a definite spiritual/cosmic undercurrent to much of the music, which is most fully and beautifully realized on "I Am the Moonlight."  As the last comment on the back cover states, "MAY THE BLESSINGS BE."

 

Tracks:  My Lady, People Like You, This, Daylight Saving, Captain, Emerald Isle, I Am the Moonlight, Together Come Back to Me.

 

Condition: The record is in NM condition - exceptionally clean - and comes with it's original inner sleeve, containing all the lyrics.  The jacket, as you can see in the photo, has a lot of wear - lots of ring wear on the fron and back, a tear on the back top cover and significan seam wear.  If the music means more to you than the cover - this a beautiful copy of this rarity.

 

Shipping: The record will be protected in a plastic sleeve and will be mailed in an LP mailer, removed from its jacket.  Shipping within the United States will be $3 media mail or $5 priority mail.  Insurance will be additional, based on the amount of the winning bid and is recommended, as I will not be responsible for damage to carefully/properly packaged records.  International shipping will be calculated based on the winner's location.

 

Acceptable forms of payment: Cash, money orders (except for International winners) and PayPal. Payment must be received within 10 days of auction’s end, or seller reserves the right to cancel transaction and offer the record to the next highest bidder.
