JOHNNIE TAYLOR blues in the night EP 45

Fantastic R´N´B/northern soul/popcorn track that is very much indemand
(a few weeks ago a 45 of this track sold for over $500!)
This must be the rarest copy of this indemand 45. This was only released on a 45 in France, only avaliable on the LP in the US. How it got to Sweden i don´t know! Anyway I wasn´t aware of this records rarity so I had in my €1 sale box for quite a while on recordfairs but i guess people don´t look good enough after these things.
This is really the first pressing of this because it was released as a democopy/testpress before it got to the buyers, there are probably only a handful of these (25-50?) so this demo/whitelabel is a lot rarer than the french issue! Don´t miss out!
It´s housed in a frenchpressed Promotion - Not for Sale sleeve.

CONDITION: sleeve VG (some wear) record VG+(only the tiniest hairlines/marks, otherwise perfect, this is almost EX play perfect! ) I GRADE STRICT

Record should be flawless, maybe a few tiny hairlines (visible only under strong light)
Sleeve should be flawless, or atleast almost flawless - If its looks good, its EX
VG+:
I guess most of my records fall under this grade, Record has light wear but it does not make any noise
Sleeve may have some lights wear but nothing big.
VG:
Some marks or heavier wear, some of it audible but not making that much of noise, some lighter backgrounds noise or maybe a pop at a few second. Sleeve may have heavier wear, nothing that bad but still. I will describe the flaws on these sleeves.
VG-:
Heavier wear, marks and it´s audible. Works as a DJ record but not much more.
Sleeve may have a tear or heavy wear, described in the text if so.
