I know nothing of record grading I only like them to listen to and this one plays well. If it is to be played with a modern lightweight tonearm it will tend to have more surface noise but that's just the nature of the format. There aren't really any notable scratches and it is by no means 'worn out'; the record really is in quite nice shape and the pictures don't do it justice. I just don't want any hard feelings if it is my idea of an EX and the buyers idea of only a VG. Look at the pictures and make your best judgement accordingly.
