DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE : just a little rubbing on the rear top left, otherwise Superb..laminate tight..lovely and clean..edges and corners sharp..spine lettering sharp and clear: EX
VINYL - SIDE ONE: one light mark which has no effect on play..plays Superbly with nothing more than a little light static between tracks..no pops, clicks, skips or distortion...Beautiful clear sound throughout!: VISUAL EX / AUDIO EX+
VINYL - SIDE TWO: Beautiful...barely a sign of even a paper contact hairline..again, plays Superbly with nothing more than a little light static between tracks ..no pops, clicks, skips or distortion...Beautiful clear sound throughout!: VISUAL EX+ / AUDIO EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
