Description
For auction is JOHNNY GRIFFIN's "The Little Giant" Riverside 12-304 MONO, 1959.
It has been machine-cleaned and I listened to both sides completely. I was stunned by how great this record sounded: crisp, clean and powerful! I heard 2 or 3 soft pops on side B. I judged these to be minor, i.e., they don't detract from the music or listenability of the record. I just want to be complete and transparent when describing all the salient aural details on this rare record! Like I said, overall, stunning sound!
Visually, the vinyl is VG+, with no significant flaws to report. Deep-grooves on both sides of the vinyl.
The sleeve is VG+ with no flaws of note other than a 2-inch split in the center, main spine. Otherwise, it's clean, with solid seams and corners all around. A lot of original gloss remains and the reverse is still bright white.

Every record I auction has been cleaned on a Nitty Gritty vacuum/cleaner. I played every record to determine if there are static, tics, pops, hisses, what have you. I endeavor to thoroughly report any extraneous audio "noise" or problems of any significance. Other than that, I will report on the general condition of each record, both vinyl and jacket, according to Goldmine standards, to the best of my ability.
Every record is put into a new, clean sleeve insert. In the case of an interesting original sleeve insert, I'll include that in the sale.
